Higher Education in Sweden is offered at 2 types of Universities
The main requirement for admission to a bachelors program is a secondary-school diploma at the appropriate level. For admission to a master’s degree program, applicants must at least hold a bachelor degree or its equivalent.
PART-TIME JOB
International students in Sweden are allowed to work alongside their studies. Although there is no official limitation on the amount of hours students are allowed to work, priority is unsurprisingly expected to be given to studies. Universities have help desks which assist students in finding part time jobs during studies. Universities also guide students with respect to preparing CV’s & handling interviews at job fairs.
STAY BACK OPTIONS
Students must receive an offer of employment and have to apply for a work permit before their study permit expires, as there is no additional time given to apply. It is possible to receive a work permit and work if students meet certain conditions.
